JoJo’s Chocolate. One HOT Company!

JoJo’s Chocolate is our featured company today.

I was introduced to this company when my company added them to our platform. Of course I was interested in them, who doesn’t love chocolate?!

But after visiting the website to see what all the fuss was about, I read the story of how they got started. Here is their story: “JOJO’s was created by Jojo who after being diagnosed with breast cancer needed to get her health back. She started by trying to control her sugar cravings. This is when JOJO’s Chocolate Bark was born!” So I was instantly hooked by the story. As someone who has a sweet tooth and wants to do something about it, that aspect of what they had to offer was a big plus. So what is the chocolate all about and how does it suppress your sugar cravings?

Again from their site, they go through the health benefits of dark chocolate.

Anti-Oxidants

Antioxidants are the compounds that are believed to neutralize free radicals and protect the body from their damage.  Dark chocolate lessens cravings for sweet, salty, and fatty foods.  “Numerous studies show dark chocolate increases blood flow to the heart” German study

Heart Healthy

A study published in 2015 found that not only did dark chocolate lower the blood pressure of the hypertensive diabetics, but it also decreased fasting blood sugar.(1)

Protection From Disease

One of our favorite benefits of dark chocolate is its free radical fighting ability. Antioxidants are the compounds that are believed to neutralize free radicals and protect the body from their damage.

So the benefits of dark chocolate are many. What else is in this to make it even better for you and to help curb the sugar cravings?

  • Raw Almonds

There’s a reason almonds are named one of the healthiest nuts. Here’s a few of those reasons: rich in vitamin E, calcium, magnesium and potassium, and a significant source of protein and fiber, while being naturally low in sugar.

  • Raw Pistachios

There are many reasons why they call pistachios the”love nut.” Here’s a few: heart healthy, help with weight management, protection against diabetes and hypertension, and can help improve digestion.

  • Casein Protein Powder

What is Casein?  Casein is considered a “slow-digesting” protein which is beneficial because it reduces blood sugar spike. Which is why you won’t experience any highs or lows when snacking on JOJO’s.

  • Dried Cranberries

Ounce for ounce cranberries pack in the most antioxidants compared to other superfoods like spinach and blueberries. Not to mention in disease-fighting antioxidants, cranberries outrank nearly every fruit and vegetable

All great ingredients. But how does it taste and does it really work? I can tell you that the first time I tried it I was hooked! The tastes is pure dark chocolate and the saltiness of the nuts and the sweetness of the cranberries is there, but not overwhelming. The chocolate is all natural and you can tell that the amount of sugar is much lower than the usual suspects. This causes the taste to be slightly less sweet, but it is VERY good! But what blew me away was the fact that my cravings are going down! While it has not been the three weeks they say they will guarantee your cravings subsiding, I can tell a big difference already in my sweet tooth controlling my actions. Another great thing is that you feel full even after just a little bit, so it is perfect for a quick snack.

There is a reason that this company is doing so well so fast. They have a great story and a great team that you want to help succeed. But they also put out an amazing product that tastes great and is really helping in my sugar cravings. Do yourself a favor and get some JoJo’s in your home!

Make sure you opt for the monthly shipment. Not only will this ensure you are getting your chocolate fix every month, but you will receive a great discount as well! Want to know how to even get a rebate on your order? Find out how!
